Project oversight.
I’m Michal Říha, a project manager and automation specialist. I combine practical engineering knowledge with industrial project management. I communicate directly, keep track of dependencies and raise risks early.
When a project needs more capacity, I also coordinate external partners for electrical installation, control cabinets and mechanical assembly.
