When you send an inquiry
I process your name, email, selected service and message to respond and discuss working together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Marketing consent is not required to send an inquiry.
Storage and recipients
Inquiries are sent by email. The operator and hosting/email providers have access as necessary to provide the service. Unconverted inquiries are scheduled for removal within 12 months of the last communication; contractual and accounting records follow applicable retention obligations.
Cookies and measurement
An essential session protects the form. Your cookie preference is saved in your browser for 180 days. Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads load only with the relevant consent and once tracking is activated. They may process device, page and interaction information. We do not send form contents, names or email addresses to analytics. Google may process data outside the EU under its applicable terms and transfer mechanisms.
Your choices
Change your consent using Cookie settings. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where the statutory conditions apply, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
Form protection
Attempt counts and one-way derived identifiers are stored briefly to limit spam. Form contents are not saved in public website files.
